Fantastic customer service! Anthony was able to come to our home the next day and fix our softener. We assumed we would need a whole new system, but Anthony inspected it and found the problem. He was very honest and told us our 15 year old system should have a lot more life left in it. Definitely recommend Brown's!

Can’t speak highly enough of this company! Needed a new softener. They came out in under an hour on a Friday morning. New unit was installed on Monday. If possible, I would give them more stars. The new system uses much less salt than my old one did. So much better for septic system and drain field!

Browns Soft Water Sevice and Sales was my Stepfather Gene Browns business. It was then sold to Mark Krupp many years ago (30+) and now his son Anthony Krupp runs it. I love that the business has continued to be family owned and has maintained such a high level of customer service. My mother, Stepfather (Mr. Brown) and I moved to N.C. in the 80's we installed a Trusco Water Softener which still runs beautifully today with the exception of a pressure plug that burst recently LATE on a Friday night blowing water everywhere. I called Browns Soft Water and Anthony called me right back and talked my husband and I through what to do. He found the correct plug at his shop and shipped it right away. We are now up and running with wonderful soft water again. Thank you to Anthony Krupp for maintaining such a high standard of customer service. I know my Stepfather who has long since passed is very very proud!
